In my head...

The phrase I hear most of the brokers in the field is “in my head…” as: in my head I thought that...

I thought that he or she would not accept.
I thought that I wouldn't be able to.
I thought that it would be too difficult.
I thought it wouldn’t be worth it.
I didn’t think it would work.

There is a phrase I’ve learned a long time ago; reality is a phenomenon that arises in language. Reality arises in language and in self-expression because in the absence of expression, reality does not exist! It remains imaginary! "In my head" is the place where my fears, my doubts and my anxieties exist. This is where I create a world that is unreal and disproportionate.

Reality is where I live! It is where I can become happy, ecstatic, and yes, even disappointed. It is where real challenges exist and where, through words and actions I can choose and create the future I want.

I have chosen a very long time ago that self-expression through words, actions, and real-life experiences are what I want; in short, I don’t want to live “in my head”! Do you?

Create a new reality for yourself, one that will manifest itself through actions and accomplishments. A reality that will enable you to create the future you truly want.

Get out of your head!
