Red apples falling?
An average apple tree holds approximately 300 apples and may incur up to 10% of losses, be they fallen or damaged. Comparatively, there may be approximately 10% of sellers who want to sell privately.
Using our example, there may be 30 apples lost but more importantly, there are 270 apples in the tree ready for harvest. Unfortunately, many brokers have their eyes focused on the ground and are obsessed with all the “lost” apples rather than focusing on the tremendous potential available in the tree. Some are even so engrossed in their thoughts that they desperately try to salvage what they can hope to end up with applesauce.
Wouldn’t you rather be picking fresh apples every week? Wouldn’t you rather prefer to fulfill your needs?

On top of that, a fair percentage of private sales were done in collaboration with brokers resulting in an even higher overall percentage of brokers assisted sales.
