I've done the prospecting training several times and really loved it. But during my last experience I had problems with my headphones. I really wasn't happy. But when Ose Coaching heard about my disappointment, they contacted me and sorted out the situation, which won't happen again. Because they now have equipment in stock in case of a breakdown.
